Michigan Student Film Festival (MSFF)
The Michigan Student Film Festival, the longest-running student film festival in North America, provides a public venue for the work of students in grades K-12, and gives recognition and significant awards to young media artists. Digital Arts, Film & Television (DAFT) organizes the event and judges 400 entries each year. The DIA’s Detroit Film Theatre has hosted the festival’s award ceremony and screened a Best-of-Show reel annually for the past ?? years.
This year DAFT is very excited to host the first ever streaming-version of the Michigan Student Film Festival with live screenings of category finalists, announcements of category winners and discussions with finalists.
